FEES AND PAYMENT

Vendor Fees

To secure your vendor space, the vendor fee is due once you receive your welcome letter. Our goal is to limit the number of duplicate vendors or the “same type” of vendors to avoid market saturation and maximize each vendor’s selling potential. 

Please use Venmo or Zelle.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

Permitted Products

The Vendor agrees to sell only the products listed and described in the application submitted to Creative Together Artisan Market. Any changes to the products must be approved by the Creative Together Artisan Market in advance. This is to make it fair so we do not  have too many of the same items offered.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

No-show vendors will automatically forfeit their vendor fee. Vendors that show up after the load in window will not be allowed in and will forfeiture their vendor fee. This is for the safety of our vendors and customers. Creative Together Artisan Market is rain or shine because the event in held indoors. Our goal is to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

 TERMINATION

Termination for Cause
Creative Together Artisan Market may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Vendor breaches any provision of this Agreement, including failure to pay fees or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by Creative Together Artisan Market.

Refunds
In the event of termination, the Vendor is not entitled to a refund of any fees already paid.

Vendor Acknowledgement

Once you have been accepted as a vendor, we will send an acceptance letter with market information and booth fee payment instructions. This will only come from our official email or our official Instagram account.

You are required to pay your booth fees by the due date in the acceptance email. Your spot will be given to the next vendor in line if invoice is not paid on time. We have a limited number of spaces being this is an indoor market.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE VENDOR FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE 

SetUp Policy - Please arrive early to allow plenty of time to check in. Setup times are typically 1hour before the event start time and will be finalized the week of the event.  If you arrive after the cut off time to setup you will not be allowed to setup and refunds will not be issued.  It's extremely disruptive, unprofessional, unfair and not safe to the vendors around you or shoppers to be setting up your shop once the event has started. Vendors are expected to keep their spaces clean, professional, and organized appearing throughout the event.

Take Down Policy - Please bring enough inventory to last the event. If you sell out you will not be permitted to leave until the event's end time. This is in place to not disturb those around you.

I understand I am responsible for cleaning all trash in my booth space. I understand all cardboard and large items must be taken with you at the end of the event to dispose of them, and cannot be left at the venue.

Professional photography and videography are captured at most markets including of vendors and their products. These photos are used to both provide market reports to management and to market you for this event and future events.
