*For non-speaking participants, the accommodation offered is in twin (shared) rooms at the OIST seaside house.

Full support is for participants who satisfy the following criteria:

-are PhD students or postdocs, or hold an equivalent (non tenure-track) position
-for PhD students: are expecting to graduate within 2 years from the time of the workshop (can be confirmed by PhD adviser)
-for postdocs and equivalent positions: are within 7 years of the date of receiving their PhD at the time of the workshop, and do not have external funding that includes travel support
