2019-20 CEEL Cancellation/Change of Schedule
This form should be used for any cancellations or changes in your child's CEEL schedule (for currently enrolled families only).  Please remember that cancellations or schedule changes must be made by the 15th of the month or you will be responsible for the following month’s payment.  Please be aware that there is a $25 cancellation/change fee per student, per request.   This fee will be charged to the card on file at the time the request is processed.  You will be notified once the change has been made to the account.
