2026 Legislative Updates
Thank you for your willingness to become an advocate for critical programs in Utah! The legislative session is only 45 days, and we have to act fast in order to stop budget cuts and to critical programs.

This form specifically addresses budget cuts from the "Social Services Appropriations Committee":
*Line #85 - DSPD Waiver Reimbursement Rates (10% cut)
*Line #35 - Medicaid Adult Autism Coverage (elimination of entire program)

We are organizing a grassroots effort in order to methodically address these issues from all sides. Please share your information below in order to be included in ongoing updates, as well as to help us better understand your communications with your legislators.

Thank you again for prioritizing individuals with disabilities in Utah and for helping to keep these important programs moving forward!
