VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION - 2025

The booth choices available are:

1. Artist Alley Table $200.00 Comes with 1 8' table 2 chairs 2 vendor passes

2. 1 Inline Vendor space 10x10 $300.00  Comes with 1 8' tables 2 chairs 2 vendor passes

3. 2 Inline Vendor Spaces $600* 2 8' tables 4 chairs * 2 vendor passes

4. 3 Inline Vendor Spaces $900 * 3  8' tables 4 chairs * 2 vendor passes

5. Corner Vendor space 10x10 $400.00 comes with 1 8' tables 2 chairs 2 vendor passes

6. End Cap 10x20 $700.00 comes with  2 8' tables 2 chairs 2 vendor passes

7. Corner Island 20x20 $1200.00  4 8' tables 4 chairs 4 vendor passes

Artist table space are only one table spaces.  If you need multiple tables you will need to buy a 10x10 space.

Vendors receive 2 attendance badges for the weekend regardless of # of spaces purchased. If you require additional vendor badges beyond the 2 included with your space, you will need to purchase them.  Except for the corner islands.

WE ARE NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR PLACEMENT (but we do our best).

Artists & Crafters: All Artists & Crafters are required to submit a link in the form below to an online sample of the works you will have available at Goliathcon Comic Convention. (a link to store website, Facebook page, Etsy store, online gallery, etc.)

PAYMENT: Payment is through SQUARE INVOICE which will be sent to the email address you provide us with below. You are able to use a credit card to pay the invoice through Square. NOTE: PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE, OR YOUR SPACE WILL BE FORFEITED.

Please be aware that your spot is not reserved until we have notified you that your application has been approved and payment has been recorded.

VENUE/SHOW RULES

*Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs may be brought into the site. Vendors found violating this policy will be removed by security without warning. 

*Animals are not allowed on site- an exception is made for service animals.

*Food and drink sales are NOT permitted. Outside food and beverages are against site policies and may be confiscated. CLEAR WATER BOTTLES ONLY are ok. Food and drink are available at the concession areas.

*Vendors are prohibited from selling any AI-generated artwork. Only original, handcrafted, or artist-created items are allowed for sale.

*No for-profit raffles, lotteries, or games of chance are allowed.

*Bootleg copies of game cartridges/discs/movies are prohibited. Vendors assume all legal responsibilities for their own goods. 

*Vendors must be able to remain set up and open for business during all listed show hours.   

*We reserve the right to remove vendors for violating any of these rules. No refunds will be provided for vendors removed due to a Venue / Show Rule violation.

*It is the duty of the exhibitors to comply with local, NY state, and federal laws including the collection of sales tax. In accordance with state law, trade show vendors are required to collect and remit NYS sales tax, and to obtain and display a New York State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority at all times.

*Vendors (with the exception of game designers) may not share booth space with another business without obtaining permission from Goliathcon Comic Convention before the event. Proxy selling (having someone who is not your employee sell your goods) is not allowed. Exhibitors found in violation of these rules may be removed at our discretion. 

Goliathcon Comic Convention is not liable for loss due to theft or property damage.

*No refunds for vendor spaces after invoices have been paid.

PLEASE NOTE: FILLING OUT THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU AN EXHIBITOR SPACE. We ask for your patience as it may take up to 10 days for us to process and approve or decline applications during the initial rush.
