Parade participants can start lining up at 5PM to step off exactly at 6PM. Staging area along 8th Street in front of Arnold’s (between Main and Sycamore) will be closed to traffic and all non-motorized entries can stage there. Motorized entries and large floats will be given specific staging locations east of Sycamore Street, but will not be allowed in front of Arnold’s. Registered groups will receive additional instructions the week of the Parade. At the end of the Parade there will be no staging/parking available for entries, you must continue south on Walnut and find your own parking immediately after dropping off your participants. Limited parking passes are available for parade entries, select the option below and we will follow up with you.
All participating groups must complete the application below and submit it no later than February 22nd, 2018. There is a suggested tax-deductible donation of $20 per entry to defray costs to put on the parade (https://otrbrewerydistrict.thundertix.com/orders/new?performance_id=2223559), but registration is REQUIRED. Only registered participants are eligible for Parade awards. All participants waive any liability for participating in the Parade and take responsibility for their own safety. All participants must abide by the laws and regulations set by the Cincinnati Police Department as a condition of the Parade permit, including no alcohol outside of officially licensed areas, no throwing of items into the crowd, and anything else that would be considered uncool.
