2018 Backwoods at Mulberry Mountain - Vendor Application
This is the application for businesses and sole proprietors looking to sell merchandise or food at the 2018 Backwoods at Mulberry Mountain Music Festival. There are limited spots available, which are sold on a first come, first serve basis as applications are approved.

Please read through this application thoroughly.

We expect roughly 10,000 people daily to attend the festival over three days this year.

No More Cashless RFID - Back to Cash Baby!
For 2018, we've heard you and our attendees loud and clear, and that's why we've decided to go back to the good ol' cash based system.

You'll be responsible for collecting cash and credit cards on your own again and we will not be providing any POS.

(Note that there is no internet service provided at the event.)

2018 Vending Fees:
This year's vending fees are based on a flat fee and cover the entire weekend.

After your application is approved, you will receive an invoice for your spot which must be paid within 7 days of receipt, or we may sell your spot to the next person in line. Fees differ between those vendors selling food and those vendors selling Merchandise.

Loyalty Registration is only available to vendors who previously vended at Backwoods Music Festival in Stroud, Oklahoma, and is only open to the first 10 approved Merchandise Loyalty Applicants and the first 5 approved Food Loyalty Applicants. After this, Open Registration will begin and will run through December 31st, 2017. Late Registration begins January 1st, 2018.

All Registrations come with 2 Weekend Tickets (Early Arrival for Wednesday) to the Event.

Loyalty Registration - $495
Open Registration - $695
Late Registration - $995

Food Registration Fees are as follows:

Loyalty Registration - $995
Open Registration - $1,395
Late Registration - $1,695
