EVENT INFO:
-Event Date: Saturday November 16th, 2024
-Event Time: 9:00am, 12:30pm, 3:30pm
-Event Location: First Baptist Church 649 Crater Lake Ave Medford OR 97504
-Please arrive 15 minutes early to your session
IMPORTANT INFO:
-Use this form for each person that is volunteering. 5 people in your group = 5 form submissions
-You will be signing up for one session (each session is about 2 hours long)
-Volunteers should be at least 5 years old
-If signing up more than 15 people please send us an email so we're aware.
-No Jewelry is allowed in the packing area. No rings, earrings, necklaces, etc.
-All volunteers are required to wear a hair net (don't worry you'll look amazing!)
-Anyone with a Soy allergy should be cautious of exposure.
-If you're sick or were sick within the last 48 hours leading up to the event we ask that you not participate
-By participating in the event you consent to have your picture taken which may be used for marketing and social media content.
