Kapi'olani CC EPC Beyond the Table Database
Aloha and thank you for being a Kapi'olani CC Employment Prep Center (EPC) partner!

One of the goals of the EPC is to connect students with employers through events or programs that go beyond hosting a recruiting table on campus or during one of our job fairs. Examples of programs include career development workshops, classroom presentations, site visits, and career panels. We believe this type of engagement with a dedicated audience is another option for you to consider including in your recruiting and branding efforts, while providing students accessible opportunities to talk to professionals in careers they're interested in pursuing or may want to learn more about.

To facilitate this, the EPC is creating a "Beyond the Table" database. This database will help the EPC immediately identify which employers are interested in being contacted about participating in specific types of programs hosted by our office in partnership with faculty, staff, or student organizations on campus.

If you or your colleagues are interested in volunteering time and expertise for programs that are "beyond the table," please complete the brief form below. The information you submit will automatically add you to our database and will only be used to contact you if we have programs that match your interest areas. There is no fee to join the database.

We know these types of programs require more time and resources on your part and may not align with your organization's recruiting goals. If that's the case, we continue to be grateful for the support you are able to provide our students and look forward to your next visit to campus. And, if you're still (or only) interested in participating in our job fairs, no action on your part is needed; all of our invites to future job fairs are managed through our Job Center Online database.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact the EPC by email (gethired@hawaii.edu) or phone (808-734-9066).

Mahalo!
