2019 VENDOR REGISTRATION
**PLEASE READ PRIOR TO FILLING OUT THIS FORM: By completing this form you are not guaranteed your spot! The first step is approval, once you are approved, the second step you will receive an invoice by email, and the third step you will pay for your vendor registration fee. Once your payment is cleared your spot is then reserved. - All of this information will be provided in your email confirmation.**

Thank you for your interest in our 2019 Memorial Run/Walk - Family Fun Day on August 3rd, 2019!
If you decide to register as a vendor, you will need to be there between 7:45 and 8:30am to set up. Please plan on being there through event end at 3:00 pm, the event runs from 9am-3pm.

* Our registration fee for this event is $35.00 for a space without electricity, or $40.00 with electricity. You must provide your own tables, tents, chairs, extension cord(s) or anything you may want. If you would like an extra 12x12 space added onto your area, it will be an additional $10.
