FOSTER FAMILY PROGRAM GUIDELINES:
InKy Animal Rescue relies on foster families for animals that come into our rescue. I understand fully that these animals are in my care only temporarily and that they belong exclusively to InKy Animal Rescue. I understand that the purpose of this foster relationship is solely to provide care for the animal(s). Any determination made about these animals must be approved by a designated InKy Animal Rescue representative.
I understand that when the animal(s) has an approved adoption, I will surrender it back to InKy Animal Rescue for placement. All fostered animals remain the property of InKy Animal Rescue until adopted. All placements are made through InKy Animal Rescue and subject to the same guidelines as any other adoption. Foster Families are encouraged to assist in the placement process of their foster animal(s) and make their wishes known. InKy Animal Rescue will work closely with its Foster Families, but final placements must remain an InKy Animal Rescue judgment.
Foster Families must understand that InKy Animal Rescue cannot guarantee placement. InKy Animal Rescue will make every attempt to re-foster an animal if animal needs new placement.
