In order to reserve a Meeting Room at the Ashland Public Library please fill out the form below. Filling out this form does not guarantee you the dates requested. The form will be evaluated by our staff and you will be notified (via email) if the request has been approved or denied. Please ensure that you have read over our Meeting Room Policy found here:

Starting Time *
This is the time you would like to begin using the meeting room, please note the library opens at 9 am Monday - Saturday and opens at 12 pm on Sundays.
Ending Time *
This is the time you would like to stop using the meeting room, please note that all events must end 30 mins before the library closes. The library closes at 7 pm Monday - Saturday and at 4 pm on Sundays.
