Let Me Be Great Campaign Pledge
Dear Vermonter,

Earlier this year, a coalition of organizations sent out survey questions asking about racism in Vermont schools. We got alarming results that told a narrative about racial slurs, lack of comprehensive education, and more. Due to this, we are launching our Let Me Be Great Campaign.

This campaign is a collaboration between the Vermont Student Anti-Racism Network, the Rutland NAACP, Building Fearless Futures, the VT Racial Justice Alliance, the Vermont Human Rights Commission and a coalition of equity directors and students.

In this campaign, we will tour Vermont schools and provide resources to students and staff, present survey results to school boards and administration, and more. We firmly believe that students need to lead the charge to make change in our schools, which is what we're doing with this campaign.

We are also hosting a conference (virtually and in person) on November 8th with speaker Loretta J Ross, a panel of students and administration, and the release of our survey results.

By signing onto this campaign, you agree to support and implement the components of the campaign in your school.
