I am now glad to be offering a online Babywearing consultations.

Know the sling you want to learn to use
 * Initial Consultation, collect sling if needed in advance. Learn during a 1-1.5 hr session how to use chosen sling.
 * Check in- 20 min recap and trouble shooting as required within 2 weeks
* 2 weeks sling rental included

💗 Intro to different types of slings- to help you decide which to buy
 * Initial Consultation: demo of 5 main types of slings, discussion of sling safety, 1hr
* No detailed instruction on chosen sling (see further option below)

💗 Intro to different types of slings and Learn to use your chosen sling
No idea what sling you want-
Seeing as you are new to slings and aren't sure which sling you would like to use, I usually do 2 sessions, one to show the different sling types, discuss sling safety and a 2nd session to learn to use the chosen sling.

Here are the details of the Zoom Consultation over 2 sessions:
 * Initial Consultation: demo of 5 main types of slings,  45mins-1hr
 *After deciding on the sling you like, you can collect a sling from me (*2 weeks sling rental included*)  or rent/purchase yourself. I will send a link for the local and national rental libraries, video tutorials and safe babywearing information.  
* Follow up Consultation: Learn during a 45mins-1hr  session how to use the chosen sling.
 * Optional check in- free 15 min recap and trouble shooting as required within 2 weeks

Consultations usually take place in my private consultation room in my home in Laytown, co. Meath. But I am available for home visits locally, an additional cost may apply for travel costs/time.

Types of Consultations:
Baby Wearing one to one Consultation: An in depth One to One Personal Babywearing Consultation lasts approximately 1.5hrs. The Cost is €45 (in my home, additional travel costs may apply).
There is time to discuss what sling will fit your requirments, baby's age, your lifestyle and budget.
Consultations include a demo, learning with a weighted demo doll, safety talk, finding the perfect sling for you and your newborn.
Consultations can be booked during pregnancy or when you already have a child/children.
The Consultations will be directly tailored to your requirements.

Weekday Evening and Weekend appointments available in my private Consultation room in Laytown, 10 minute drive from Drogheda, Duleek, Donore and Balbriggan. Or in your home within local area (additional travel costs may apply).

Other Available Consultations:
Couple Consultations €55 2 hours
Bump to Baby Consultations €75: 1.5hr before and 1.5hr after baby arrives
Sling Check:
1/2 hr mini consultation- if you aren't full y happy about the fit/ positioning we can have a look and tweek to help you get the most comfortable fit. €15

Group Workshop
Mini Group Consultation:
If you and up to 3 others wish to learn a similar skill (e.g. how to carry a newborn in stretchy, ring sling, back carry in a buckle carrier) we can hold a small group consultation in your home or mine. The consultation last 1.5-2 hours and costs between 19-25€ pp depending on numbers (2-4 people).

Group Workshop
Topics include:  Antenatal Introduction to Slings and the 4th Trimester, Newborn Babywearing and Stretchy Wraps,
Introduction to Ring Slings, Back Carry in buckle or Mei Dai
Cost and Location depends on numbers, Suitable for Baby Showers​
