The Queer Family Planning Project (QFPP) was started by a Queer couple to help other Queer individuals start or build their own families and offset the financial barriers that often prevent  starting or building their families. 

This survey is being conducted to better understand the family planning needs and desires of the Queer community. By actively participating in this survey, individuals will have a voice in shaping the initiatives and services that directly impact them, fostering a sense of ownership and inclusion. Ultimately, this process contributes to building a more equitable and supportive environment for Queer family planning in the community. The results from this survey will be compiled into a report that will be shared with policy makers, providers, and community members to help raise awareness and advocate for policy change. 

There will be no identifiable information collected in this survey, so please feel free to share only what you feel comfortable with.

*QFPP uses the term “Queer” to encompass everyone within the LGBTQIA+ community. QFPP recognizes the multitude of identities present in our community.
