Nudlaghi Leadership Institute Registration Form

The Nudlaghi Leadership Institute (NLI) was created in 2022 by a dedicated group of local leaders to provide a space for nonprofit figureheads, students, and tribal members the opportunity to gather, develop relationships, learn, and grow as leaders. In a state like Alaska where the ability to communicate is complicated by cost, limited technology, and distance, this type of facility is essential to our ability to work together on critical issues and gain an understanding of the unique challenges Alaska faces. 

Through thoughtfully designed trainings, intentional conversations and authentic coaching, people leave the Nudlaghi Leadership Institute fundamentally changed. 

Please review and complete the application in totality. Applications will be reviewed and selected by a committee consisting of our board members and executive team. Each camp session has 12 openings, we strive for diversity in all forms for each secession.

Cost of attendance per person is $1,500.00, which includes roundtrip airfare from Anchorage, meals, lodging, and activities. Scholarships are available to help cover attendance if need be. Will you be requesting scholarship assistance? *

At camp, bears are around, especially during certain tides and fish runs, but we have always had respectful encounters. We pride ourselves on peaceful coexistence with nature, and in 30 years, we've never had a bear related injury—they're just interested in eating salmon! Visit our website for information about bear safety!
