Generation Sales Development Rep Program - Micro-Internship Interest Form
Parker Dewey is excited to invite you to participate in a no-cost opportunity to build your Sales talent pipeline while also supporting economic mobility and changing lives.  Through our partnership with Generation, a global nonprofit, and HubSpot, you are invited to engage a learner trained in HubSpot in a 3-week Micro-Internship at no-cost to you.

Generation is facilitating a 9-week training program for aspiring Sales Development professionals.  As part of this program, learners will be matched with a HubSpot customer to participate in a 3-week (45-hour) project focused on using HubSpot for prospect research and lead generation.  After gaining an understanding of their client’s ideal customer profile (ICP), learners will build a list of qualified prospects and demonstrate how HubSpot’s CRM, along with customized messaging and automation, can be utilized to increase the capacity and efficiency of sales teams. 

Upon completion of the project, the learner will be paid by Parker Dewey. This program is fully-funded by Generation, and your participation is at no-cost to you.

Your Role
  • Meet with the learner at the beginning of the project to provide an overview of your company, product, customer base.  Participation would require up to 4 hours of your time per week for required meetings and check-ins.
  • Provide feedback on the learner's work throughout the duration of the project.
  • Provide feedback at the end of the presentation.
Timeline
You can work with one learner per cohort depending on your availability. You would need to be available to answer the learner's questions throughout the duration of the Micro-Internship along with a few meetings at specific times.  You can participate in one or both cohorts:
  • Cohort 1: July 21 - August 6, 2025
  • Cohort 2: October 27 - November 14, 2025
Eligibility Criteria
  • Active HubSpot Sales Hub customer. (Sales Hub Starter, Professional or Enterprise subscribers only.)
  • Based in North America.
  • Enthusiastic about working with and supporting a student. Students will be based in the Appalachia Region of the US and working remotely in Eastern Daylight Time.
  • Available to address the learner's questions throughout the full 3-week duration of the Micro-Internship.
  • Able to provide students with access to your HubSpot portal and information about your business that will guide the students prospecting and lead generation research.
