2026 Fourth of July Parade Entry
The Fallon Chamber of Commerce, Churchill County Parks and Recreation, & The City of Fallon present the 2026 Fourth of July Parade!

DATE/TIME: Saturday, July 4, 2026, parade begins promptly at 10:00 a.m.

PARADE THEME: United Under the Fallon Sky
This year The Fallon Chamber of Commerce, Churchill County, & the City of Fallon are celebrating "American 250".

FEES: Checks can be made out to and mailed to the Fallon Chamber of Commerce. Those who would like to pay by card will be invoiced by the Fallon Chamber of Commerce, and a credit card fee will be applied. Multiple businesses, groups or candidates may share one entry; however, fees apply to EACH business, group and candidate represented.
- Political (Candidates/Interest Groups): $50.00
- Commercial/Local Business: $30.00
- Non-Profit/Individual: Free

To guarantee space, entries must be turned in by Friday, June 26, 2026. No refunds will be given.

The following awards will be given:
- Best Youth Group, Best Civic/Non-Profit Group, Best Business Entry, Best Mounted Individual, Best Mounted Group, Best Agriculture Entry, Best Automobile, Best ATV/UTV, and Best Dressed/Costume
- Best Use of Theme, Most Patriotic, Chamber Choice Award

Parade Notes
For your fun and the safety of others, please follow these rules:
- No throwing items from parade entries in an aggressive/direct manner.
- Throw candy and other items AWAY from parade entries toward the audience. Please ensure candy does not land in the parade path.
- All water guns must be of a brightly colored and fun design—no realistic guns are allowed.
- No spraying people/crowds unless they ask—complaints will result in the water gun(s) being confiscated from the offending parade entrant (all people on the float) and will be returned at the conclusion of the parade.

CHECK-IN/STAGING
- Parade check-in will be at the corner of Taylor Street and Virginia Street (behind Churchill County Middle School).
- All entries must check-in by 9:00 a.m.
- Due to the limited amount of space and large parade, all participants must be staged NO LATER than 9:30 a.m.
- Entry numbers and instructions must be picked-up during check-in
- Parade staging will take place along Virginia & Front Street.
- Once you receive your number, please move your entry to your personal staging location.
- Please display your sign at the front end of your entry in a very visible manner.

AWARD ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Awards will be given in each of the judged categories.
- Prizes will be awarded on Maine Street following the parade.

By filling out this application and partaking in the Annual Fourth of July Parade, participating individuals, businesses, and organizations acknowledge the following:We wish to participate in the Fallon Fourth of July Parade. The organization or individual(s) identified in this form shall, as a condition of participation, identify and hold harmless the City of Fallon, Churchill County and The Fallon Chamber of Commerce its officers, directors and committee members from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages and/or expenses on account of bodily injury or property damage arising out of their participation in the Fourth of July Parade. Furthermore, the said individual(s)/organization will defend on behalf of the City, County and Chamber all claims or suits for bodily injury or property damage arising out of their participation in the Fourth of July celebration.I also understand that any sponsor may, for publication or promotion, use my name or pictures of my participation in this event without obligation or liability to me. This agreement shall be governed and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, County and City of Fallon laws. This Agreement shall be effective when executed by both parties hereto.
