TERMS AND AGREEMENT FORM

    INITIAL DEPOSIT FEE

    A one time deposit fee of $20 is due upon receipt of your first order. If you decide to terminate membership, your entire deposit will be returned to you providing you don't have any outstanding balances. If you discontinue membership and would like your $20.00 deposit returned to you, please email your request to farm2mtnfoods@gmail.com otherwise, it's assumed you will resume membership at a later date and your deposit will be held for you.

    HANDLING FEE

    The handling fee has been revised to $2.50 per order. Handling fees only cover operating costs and do not include the price of the produce.

    ORDER OPTIONS

    • Special Order: Select from the online list of available produce. • Box Order: The farmer will create a box for you with a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. You must take what is in your box - no exceptions! Simply choose a box size: Small = one person, Medium = 2-3 people, or Large = 4-7 people. You also may choose a Box Order and supplement, adding a few items you want to incorporate. For example: 1 small box + 1 basket of strawberries and 2 bunches of Swiss chard. Anything you order will be in addition to whatever is in the box that week. • Monthly Standing Box Orders are accepted and encouraged! This is a great idea for those who tend to forget to turn in weekly orders. Just let us know the size of box you would like and you'll receive it each week! If you need to cancel a Standing Order, do so before that week's order deadline. If you do not cancel before the deadline, you are still responsible for paying for your order. There is no guarantee that everything you order will always be in stock. Product volume and quantities may vary slightly. If you order, for example, 1 pound of apples, you will only pay for the pound – sometimes it will weigh out as a little more and sometimes as a little less. You are responsible for paying for any items that you have ordered and that arrive in your shipment. We don’t order extra items. Only take what you have ordered. If not, you are taking someone else's food. There are no credits or refunds for food you left behind and forgot to pack up, or for delivery delays (unless, of course, the food doesn't come at all). If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order, please notify us immediately. You can refuse produce that is not to your specifications at the time of pick up. No refunds will be made after pick up. Prices are subject to change.

    ORDER CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS

    All changes and/or modifications must be made online in the Order Form. Please note your requests in the Comments box. Please do not email, text or call to make order changes.

    WEEKLY ORDER DEADLINE

    The deadline to place your order is Friday at 12:00 Midnight. Order online at www.Farm2Mountain.com and click Order. A list of available produce and prices are listed on the website. Payment by cash, check and PayPal. Prices are listed at www.Farm2Mountain.com. If paying by cash, please have exact amount ready. There will be a drop box for payments at the pickup location. We will not be able to make change at the pick up location as pick up is at a school site. Please put your check or cash in an envelope to deposit in the drop box when you pick up your order. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. No further orders will be processed until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

    PICK UP/DELIVERY

    Orders can be picked up on Tuesdays* from 2 to 5 pm in Room A5 at Big Bear Middle School. Big Bear Middle School - 41275 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 Pick up is on the East side of the building on Georgia Street. Pull into the bus lanes behind the school. There is a side door entrance. Your order or box list will be posted for you to gather your produce. Bring your own box or bag. Please check off your name on the order sheet when you pick up. If you are unable to pick up your order by 5 pm, please text Tracy at (909) 725-7769 to make alternative arrangements for that day. We cannot keep produce overnight. If produce order is not picked up and a text has not been received, food will be disbursed to students and you will still be responsible for payment. *During school breaks, there will be an alternative pick up location. *If a major holiday falls on a Monday, Tuesday delivery will arrive at the school at 4 pm. Farm2Mountain Produce Club members will be notified in advance via email of changes in pick up availability. Delivery is available within Big Bear Valley only. Packaging and delivery fee is $7.00 per order. Delivery service must be scheduled at least one day in advance. Contact Tracy at (909) 725-7769 for details.

    This Terms and Agreement Form does not submit your food order. Return to the Home page and click on "Weekly Produce Order Form" to submit an order for food.
