GBH Schedule Change Request for 2021-2022
A parent or guardian should complete this form to request a change to his or her student's course requests for 2021-2022 school year.

Schedules will be available to view in Synergy on August 27. Requests will be reviewed once counselors return in late August.

Please be advised that changes may only be granted for courses necessary to meet graduation requirements. Keep in mind, in some cases, alternate courses were used to complete schedules. All other requests will only be considered if there is ample space in the requested course.
