Final registration for A Future for Post Industrial Communities conference 23/24 March 2017
The two day conference is co-hosted by the national campaigning organisation HOPE not hate and Leeds University’s Centre for Employment Relations Innovation and Change (CERIC).

This is the final registration form. You may already have expressed interest and have agreed to be a speaker, but we still need you to complete the form.

The conference program can be viewed here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6EOu3raR1WbRjhUMkx2YmV3cnM (the conference running order is on page 12 and 13)

If you want to attend, then you must complete the form below. Places are limited, and we will be oversubscribed so it is important that you let us know if you are coming for both, or only one day.

We will notify you once you have completed the form, indicating whether we can accommodate you.

Which days will you be in attendance
Required
We will be having a conference dinner on Thursday evening at a local restaurant (http://www.aagrah.com/restaurants/leeds-city/). This will be an important opportunity to socialise and to network. We are suggesting a contribution of £10 per head towards the cost of the meal for those who can afford it (we will not be paying for alcohol). Please indicate if you will be coming, and if you will be contributing to the cost.
