Indian Cooking Class: Aloo Gobi & Tamota Par Eedu

**AS OF 2/12, THIS CLASS IS FULL. We will contact you if you were among the first 12 participants who signed up to confirm your attendance. If you signed up after 2/12, you will be put on the wait list and contacted if a spot opens up. Thanks for your understanding (we have a small kitchen and want to provide the best experience for all participants).**

Learn to prepare two Indian dishes in another free cooking class at Moonflower Co-op! Brook Indries will teach how to prepare aloo gobi (North Indian potato & cauliflower) with tamota par eedu (baked eggs with tomato) with rice. Participants will be able to enjoy the meal at the end of the class (vegetarian or vegan option available).

All ingredients will be provided by Moonflower. Free and open to the public. Class size limited to 12 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

The class will be located at Moonflower Community Cooperative in our Datura Deli Kitchen, 39 E 100 N, Moab, Utah on Tuesday, February 27th at 6pm.
