Retired status may be granted by the Board of Paralegal Certification to Certified Paralegals who meet each of the following requirements:

(a) Certified for five years or more;
(b) Attained the age of 55 years;
(c) Discontinued all work as a paralegal; and
(d) Paid all fees owed to the Board of Paralegal Certification
