Tai Chi Class Fridays at 7pm
Tai Chi it is an exercise that employs slow intentional movements, breathing techniques, and a rich array of cognitive tools (e.g. focused body awareness, imagery) to strengthen, relax and integrate the body and mind. 
Because of its simple, gentle movements, Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and in all stages of fitness. Recent medical research supports that Tai Chi can improve many aspects of health including: balance, musculoskeletal strength and flexibility, cardio-respiratory function, cognitive function, immune function, and emotional well-being.

Waiver and Release of Liability

In the case that I voluntarily decide to participate in Tai Chi with Yolanta Kovalko, I understand and acknowledge after reading and understanding this release, that I hereby waive the possibility of blaming any resulting personal injury or other damage on Yolanta Kovalko.  I release and indemnify her from an all judgments, claims, costs, liabilities and expenses, including medical bills, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in any classes with her.

BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I FORFEIT ANY CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION WHICH I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE MADE FOR ANY INJURIES OCCURING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN MASSAGE, PRIVATES AND CLASSES WITH YOLANTA KOVALKO AT 730 BROADWAY, SOMERVILLE, MA 02144
