To schedule a gallery tour for a K–12 group outside of our normal availability, please fill out and submit the form below. Be sure to check exhibition dates before requesting your tour.

To assure that your tour will be properly processed, please give at least 30 days advance notice. If you do not receive an email confirmation for your visit or tour, contact us at the Bedford Gallery at 925-295-1416 or gallerytours@bedfordgallery.org to confirm your tour.
