Seattle Council PTSA - COVID-19 Outreach Form
Seattle Council PTSA is committed to helping Seattle Public School student's and families while centering the voices of those furthest from educational justice. During this long-term school closure for Covid-19, please use this form as follows:
- Tell us your NEEDS - whether needing groceries, medicines, internet, devices, transportation, childcare, tutoring or information. Needs (without identifying information) will be emailed out to those offering help. If anyone can meet your needs, we will then connect you.
- Tell us how you can HELP - whether purchasing items, delivering supplies, donating old laptops / tablets / cell phones, offering childcare, offering tutoring or anything else. We know your capacity to help may change over time. Those offering help will be added to an email list that we will ping as needs arise.

With which schools are you affiliated (i.e. student attends or pta member etc)? (This is an optional question to help us track outreach.)
