Library Account Sign-Up

Welcome! You can use this form to request a free library account from the Bloomsburg Public Library, the Columbia County Traveling Library, or the Orangeville Public Library. Your account will be good for all three libraries!

We ask everyone to fill out this form to confirm your information, even if you have used one of these libraries before. If you have accounts at more than one library, we will consolidate them. Your 'home library' will be where you typically pick up your books, but you will 'belong' to all three libraries!

Anyone who lives, works, or goes to school in Columbia County may register for a free Columbia County Traveling Library account to borrow books, audiobooks, and DVDs and also to use online resources. (We can also provide accounts to people from outside the county if they are are registered with their home library.)

Your online registration will be sent to library staff for approval. You will be contacted when your account registration is finalized.

I understand and agree to the following important library policies:

♦ Books and other library items may be borrowed at no charge for two weeks with one auto-renewal for two additional weeks, and a 2 week grace period.

♦ New books and holiday/seasonal books are loaned for two-weeks only with a one-week grace period.

♦ DVDs, magazines, CDs, and objects are loaned for two-weeks only with a two-week grace period.

♦ There are no overdue fines, but we are still counting on you to return the book on time for others to read.

♦ If an item you checked out is lost or damaged, you will be asked to pay the cost of replacement plus a $3.00 processing fee.

I agree to be responsible for returning any items I borrow from the library in good conditions. I agree to pay replacement fees for lost or damaged items.
