I have always loved cats. I truly believe if you take the time to get to know your cat (or any animal), you'll discover what they are trying to communicate. Just like any living being, cats have biological needs, and respond to stimuli in their own unique ways. It's up to us to get to know them and do the best we can to create an environment where they can flourish and be their happiest selves!

I am not an animal behaviorist... yet. I joined IAABC last year to learn how to be a better pet parent and caregiver to the pets we care for at Happy Tails. As I continue my education and work towards possibly becoming a cat behaviorist, I would love to practice and help cats in our community. I will be working with some cats in local shelters looking for furever homes, but I'd love to also try to help YOU at home with your cat.
