ANA Board of Directors Application Form
The Board is responsible for overall policy and direction of the organization, and delegates responsibility of day-to-day operations to the staff and committees. The Board will consist of at least 5 and no more than 9 members. Board members are volunteers and receive no monetary compensation for their service to the organization.

Terms for directors are 2 years starting the month following the Annual October Meeting in which they were elected. Directors can serve a maximum of 5 consecutive terms.

Board of Directors application submissions may be received 4 ways—in person, online, email or mail—and must be received by 7:30pm October 1, 2018

Eligibility Status
An individual is eligible for membership and serving on the Board if they meet any of the following requirements

- A natural person over the age of 18 who resides in or owns a business (or property) in the Audubon Park neighborhood.

- An individual representative appointed by a nonprofit or government institution that operates within the Audubon Park neighborhood.
