First Steps Program Registration Form
We are very excited you would like to register for our fall programming!

Registration Fee - $40/student Supply Fee - $125.00/student

For the 2019/2020 school year, classes will run on Monday through Thursday mornings, from the beginning of September until the end of June. Ages 18 months to 5 are welcome. We offer 1/2 day options, 2 or 4 mornings per week, and you may choose between mornings or afternoons.

Pricing is $280 for 2-morning option or $455 for 4-morning option. Please note: Tuition payments are made monthly, September until June, regardless of absences or holidays.

Your child's education is important to us and to maximize learning potential, classes are limited to 10 children per session. Please note, our staff does not supply snacks for your children.

All payments will be made via pre-authorized debit (PAD) or credit card (PAC) transactions (beginning September 1st). Tuition is non-refundable. Should you decide to withdraw your child during the year, we require 30 days written notice by email to info@firststepsprogram.ca. Until your letter of resignation has been received by email, funds will continue to be withdrawn.

To register and secure your child's place in our program, please complete the registration form and the pre-authorized debit form (attached).

$40.00 Non-Refundable Registration Fee + $125.00 Non-Refundable Supply Fee = $165.00 are due at the time of registration and will be withdrawn once registration has been received.
