To apply to the Perrone-Sizer Institute for Creative Leadership (PSi), please complete this application.  Applications are due by 5 pm on Friday, April 17th, 2026.

You may download and use a Word version of the application to prepare your answers in advance. You may also save and return to work on your application. Each time you hit "submit," you will receive an email with your responses and a link to return to the form.

We require a response to every question on this application (even though the form does not show most of them as required so that you can submit and return to your incomplete application).

When your application is complete, please upload your up-to-date resume.

After you submit your resume, we consider your responses here complete, so please do not upload your resume before you are finished with all the questions and do not continue to make changes after you upload because we may miss your updates.

Please note that we ask you to  provide contact information for two professional references, one of whom should be your supervisor. We will reach out to them both for a phone conversation. They are not required to submit letters.

The tuition for participation is $13,250 per person. In the past, through various forms of financial aid, many individual participants have paid anywhere from $1000-$7000. Please do not let cost be a barrier to applying. Contact us if you would like to discuss the cost.

If you are accepted to PSi, you can also apply to receive graduate credit from Cambridge College. Please let us know if you need more information about that opportunity.

Thank you!  Contact operations@psicreativeleadership.org if you have any questions.

PSi is interested in leaders who want to transform education and create more equitable, collaborative, and creative communities. PSi focuses on developing community-based partnerships to improve outcomes for students and families. Do you have any experience developing, leading, or participating in a community-based partnership? If so, list your community partners and please describe. If not, do you have any ideas of partnerships you would like to form?
How have race, culture, and ethnicity impacted both your personal AND professional lives? Please describe in detail.
PSi encourages participants to consider leadership through the lenses of education, art, and community-based leadership. Which lens would you like to develop further and why?
Tell us about one professional accomplishment you are most proud of and why.

As a program that believes that transformative change is necessary for schools to meet the needs of all students, we plan to engage in uncomfortable conversations. Tell us about your experience in engaging in difficult, uncomfortable conversations. Are you ready and willing to sit with discomfort and engage in these difficult conversations over the course of the year, and how do you know you are ready and willing?
How confident do you feel in your ability to manage your time and your personal and professional obligations if you add PSi to your work next year?
