For November's Coastal South Night Out, Kitchen Manager Randi B. Hagi stirs together cuisines from the American low country on down to the Caribbean islands.

Salad \\ Baby Kale Salad with red onions, seared peaches, queso fresco,
and a lime dressing.


"Soups" \\ Gumbo with tilapia and smoked sausage, served over Arroz
Boriqua (Puerto Rican white rice).

\\ Cheesy Grits with queso fresco.


Entrées \\ Coconut Shrimp stuffed with cream cheese and fried, served with
peach salsa, greens, and Arroz Boriqua.

\\ Carolina Crab Cakes served with roasted garlic tartar sauce, greens,
and Aunt Ginny's cornbread.

\\ Black Bean Stew with fried plantains and Aunt Ginny's cornbread topped
with queso fresco and honey, with a side of greens.


Desserts \\ Key Lime Pie with whipped cream.

\\ Peach Cobbler with whipped cream.
