Tournament Participation Waiver

I understand that participating in the Shelter Cove Pickleball Club tournament involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of physical injury, property damage, and potential death. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this activity and assume all risks associated with my participation. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Shelter Cove Pickleball Club, its directors, officers, board members, employees, volunteers, and any other affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the tournament, whether such claims are based on negligence or otherwise. I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this activity. I understand that I am responsible for my own medical expenses and insurance coverage in the event of an injury.
