Solar Rollers (
) is an after school STEM project where teams build and test an RC solar powered vehicle using a kit and race it against other schools. The big race happens in May 2018 in the Bay Area (San Francisco). Students who participate in the big race are responsible for their own travel expenses -- mode of transportation, hotel, food, etc. to be determined later.
I have experience using basic hand tools and building things. (Answer doesn't affect your selection to join project.)
I have experience working with advanced fabrication technologies such as 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC milling, custom circuits, etc. (Answer doesn't affect your selection to join project.)
