EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT
1- The Exhibitor agrees to set-up at least one hour prior to the Event’s opening, and to stay set-up for the entire event until it’s closed; to leave with all unsold merchandise, boxes, debris, etc; and to keep the exhibit area clean and safe at all times. Exhibitors must dispose of their trash.
2- Tablecloths are not provided. One chair is included per table. No boxes, extra merchandise, or debris should be visible. The tablecloth should reach the floor and may not be plastic. Exhibitor may not damage walls, floors, tables or other property. No nails or tacks can be placed on the walls.
3- Distribution of advertising material and Exhibitor solicitation of all kinds shall be restricted to Exhibitor’s space.
4- The Exhibitor’s exhibit or products may not extend beyond the limits of the Exhibitor’s table or into any side space.
5- Clothes stands are not provided, exhibitors can bring their own stand to be used instead of a table.
6- Cancellation by Exhibitor: No refunds or cancellation policy. All fees are non-refundable.
7- Place Des Arts team reserves the right to render all decisions and interpretations and to establish further regulations as may be deemed necessary for the overall success and well-being of the event. All curation and table placement are to be chosen by the Organizers.
8- The Exhibitor agrees not to hold the Organizers liable for their collective decision either to postpone or to proceed with the scheduled Event if rain or unsafe conditions, enters into said decision.
9- Exhibitors are responsible for staffing their tables throughout the event.
PRICES:
Table size: 70 X 120CM.
Rates vary based on location (Ground floor, 1st floor).
▪︎ GF: LE 2500 / 2 tables: LE 4500.
▪︎ 1st F: LE 2000 / 2 tables: LE 3500.
▪︎At Place Des Arts center: LE 800.
(not in the villa, next to the villa, beside the art gallery and El Qahwa Khan Coffee shop)
NOTE: We do not provide stands. You can get your own stand to be used instead of a small table.
