Living in Stourbridge, Bruno Vinel is a prostate cancer survivor and a Yes to Life volunteer. Bruno facilitates a monthly online Wigwam men’s support group. He is an accredited coach and he has received facilitator training from the Wigwam Coordinator and participates in facilitator meetings.
Yes to Life provides limited support to the group, including use of the Wigwam name, access to general resources and public liability insurance for authorised volunteer activities.
The Stourbridge group is locally organised and is not routinely managed, monitored or supervised by Yes to Life. Yes to Life does not provide medical, therapeutic or professional oversight of its meetings or accept responsibility for the personal experiences and opinions shared by participants.

How your information will be used
This registration form is managed by Bruno Vinel. Bruno is the data controller for the personal information collected through this form.
The form and its responses are not managed or monitored by Yes to Life. Yes to Life does not receive or have access to your registration details or attendance information.
Bruno collects your name and contact details only to:
- process your registration;
- confirm your place;
- contact you about the session; and
- manage the waiting list and group attendance.
Registering for a cancer support group reveals information relating to your health. You will therefore be asked to give your explicit consent for Bruno to collect and use your information for the purposes described above.
Your information will be stored securely in a Google account used only for this group and will normally be accessible only to Bruno. It will not be used for marketing or routinely shared with Yes to Life or any other organisation. Information may be disclosed where required by law or where Bruno reasonably believes this is necessary in response to a serious safeguarding concern or an immediate risk of harm.
Your details will be retained for three months after the last session you attend and will then be securely deleted.
You may withdraw your consent or ask Bruno to provide, correct or delete your information by emailing
stourbridgewigwamgroup@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any use of your information before it was withdrawn. You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Please do not include medical, diagnostic or treatment details on this form. Bruno does not need this information to manage your registration.
Hearing from Yes to Life
Registering for the Stourbridge group will not add you to any Yes to Life or Wigwam mailing list, and Bruno will not pass your details to Yes to Life for this purpose.
If you would like to receive newsletters and information about Yes to Life, the wider Wigwam community, other groups, events and support, please register separately through the Yes to Life website.
