Registration for Classes in Spring 2024 at YEA
All,

This form is used to register for classes/programs offered at YEA.  All classes will be conducted in hybrid mode which allows students to attend either in person or online, except where indicated differently. More details can be found at  https://www.youngengineersinaction.org/programs.html.

Duration: February 12th - May 5th 

Please pay attention to all the details below.  Some changes are made.

1. Early-bird rate applies when the payment is received on or before February 9, 2024. Payment can be made to YEA by Zelle to yea.payment@gmail.com or contact us for other ways to make a payment.
2. YEA will offer the Referral Bonus program again. For each referred new student who attends a paid class or program offered by YEA, you will receive 10% of the fees paid by the new student, up to $40 of YEA credit. A student who attended any previous YEA activities won't be counted as new student. The Referral Bonus has no cash value but can be used to pay for future classes offered directly by YEA. TARC, CyberPatriot, SAT, Summer Camp, and Private Tutoring are excluded.
3. No discount or refund for any missed classes, but we would be happy to send you handouts, homework and video upon your request.  
4. For a class with 4 or fewer students, we may ask parents to contribute additional amount of money to cover the minimum for the class while the students can enjoy more attention in a smaller class.  The parents will be notified in advance when there is such a need.
5. Our TAs for the Competition Math classes continue to offer Office Hours to answer questions. All students are encouraged to take advantage of those.
6. Classes/programs are subject to change or cancel.
