In the event that you receive a defective product, we will credit your account or you can place a new web order. We do not want the item returned unless further communicated from our returns department. It is at the discretion of Williams Trading Co. to request proof via digital photo of damaged or defective item.
Once investigated and justified, we will correspond. If the item warrants being returned you must return it via UPS or USPS. Your return must be in a box with a printed copy of this form so that we may identify when it reaches our warehouse.
This policy is for unused defective items only. We do not accept items ordered incorrectly or that have been utilized due to the nature of such products.
A manufacturer’s warranty offers more extensive product warranties when you register with them and are included with many products. Products that are defective after the 30-day return period, and within the manufacturer’s warranty period, should be sent directly to the manufacturer with a copy of your receipt enclosed.
