** Credit recovery at Mountain Heights Academy is only for students currently enrolled in Mountain Heights Academy. To be eligible for credit recovery during the school year, students must be passing their current classes for at least 3 consecutive weeks**

You can complete this form and sign up for 2 at a time. Your Mountain Heights Academy Counselor will review your submission and send instructions for payment if needed. All classes will cost $20 per quarter. Once payment has been made, you will receive additional information about your course instructor and due dates.

Please note:
1. Credit will be awarded on a pass/fail basis.
2. No refunds will be given for incomplete work. You must complete coursework in the 6-week session you sign up for.
3. Students failing to pass credit recovery during a specific session will need to pay fees again in order to resume credit recovery coursework.
4. Students may sign up for up to .50 of credit recovery credit each time they fill out this form (2 quarters credit). Once you complete both, you can sign up for additional quarters if there is time left in the session
5. Students must be passing current courses in order to take mid-year credit recovery sessions.
6. Credit recovery is self-driven and teacher supported. You are responsible to contact your teacher for an appointment or help as needed.

Students recovering credit from SOEP (part-time) courses taken at Mountain Heights Academy may do so without cost. They may recover credit to earn a P (for passing) or an F (for failing).

Session Dates 2023-2024 dates

Session 1: Monday, November 13th- Friday, January 12th. Payment, if applicable, is due by Friday, November 10th. This session is focused on all students who need credit recovery. It includes Thanksgiving and Winter breaks.

Session 2: Monday, January 22 - Friday, March 15th. Payment, if applicable, is due by Friday, January 19th. This session is meant for all students who need credit recovery.

Session 3: Open entry after Monday March 25th -Friday, May 24th. Payment, if applicable, is due before coursework is sent out. This session is open for all students that need credit recovery.
