Boise District BLM Fire Program is sponsoring a one day field session for BASIC FALLER position only which includes those that have a new FAL3 position task book (PTB), those that need some cutting time to complete their FAL3 PTB or a FAL3 that needs more time in the field with a saw. The following form will be used for enrollment in the specific training, collect participant information for correspondence, roster generation and also provide an accurate number of personnel who wish to participate.

LOCATION: Meet at the Boise District Fire Office. Expanded Conference Room. Then will travel to the field. If you have a vehicle please indicate below and how many passengers you can take with you.

IMPORTANT: Must bring all PPE (Hard Hat. Gloves. Ear protection. Eye Protection. Nomex clothing. Boots).
Chaps and chainsaws will be provided.

You must also attend the classroom portion of the Chainsaw Refresher (RT212) prior to the field day:
