Each teacher is requesting some personal information for our class roster. We encourage all parents to submit this info as it makes communication between the teacher and parents very easy. Our Room Parents will use the roster to contact you regarding school and class activities. We will also pass this list out to everyone in our classrooms so you may contact each other. If you do not wish to be included in that list, please let us know by checking the response at the end of this form.
