Firstly, some things to know...

Our hourly rate for venue hire is £25/hr plus 20% VAT that does NOT go to us, so £30/hr in total.
In advance of the event will we take a non-refundable deposit that will be deducted from your final total.
Our capacity is 20 seated in the front room and 10 seated in the back room if we change nothing about the seating arrangement.
If we were to remove tables and chairs there would be more standing space in each room. Up to 30-35 in the front room and 15 in the back room.
