At Devon Partnership NHS Trust, we're in the process of co-producing our new Trust Strategy 2026-2030 and we need your help.
Over the past three years, we’ve delivered our Trust Strategy with focus and curiosity—always striving to make a meaningful difference to the lives of those we support, our staff and those we work alongside with.
We’ve reflected on what’s worked well, where we can improve, and the challenges ahead – guided by your experiences, feedback and expertise.
However, demand for our services continues to grow. The people we care for are more unwell, resources remain stretched, we still face recruitment and retention issues and there is change fatigue across the NHS.
Our new strategy must reflect our learning and ambitions as well as the realities we face. It will also reflect the Government's new 10 Year Health Plan for England and takes into account local NHS reforms and local authority changes and planning.
As we look ahead to our draft 2026-2030 strategy, we’re building on this strong foundation.
