Jack Lindaman was a spirited young boy who encouraged positivity and wanted everyone around to be happy. He passed away in 2010 at the age of six from SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) a genetic disorder that does not have a cure. With funds from his memorial, the Lindamans gave each child in Jack’s class (now in 6th grade) $100 to pay it forward in whatever way he or she chose. Projects ranged from donations to charitable organizations to passing out roses to strangers – but the possibilities are endless!
If your fourth or fifth grade class would like to participate, please fill out the short application below. There are only a few rules stated below on how $250 should be used. We ask that the project is documented and reported to the REALTOR® Foundation of Iowa to be shared with the public.
Spots fill quickly and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to discuss the project with your class, please fill out the short application below, mentioning you will provide details later. Your project details need be emailed to email@example.com by January 31, 5:00pm. If details are not received by January 31, the application will be forfeited.
All accepted applicants will be notified on or before February 1, 2018. Projects will need to be completed by April 13, 2018.
Jack had amazing spirit and in his name we would like to continue helping others with the Project Jack.
