Keep your kids active, engaged and prepared for next season with the Strength & Conditioning program. We will introduce games, drills and workouts that are age appropriate to increase core strength, agility, speed and overall athletic conditioning.
Open to boys & girls ages 6-14, sessions will be Co-Ed, and grouped by grade levels.
Kindergarten – 3rd Grade Sessions will focus on introducing basic exercises drills and activities along with a few fun games.
4th – 8th Grade Sessions will receive more structured training and exercises to improve their conditioning and speed.
Strength & Conditioning will begin in December and run through March 2019.
Sessions will be held during the week from 5:30pm – 7:00pm at the Lopatcong Schools.
Full schedule will be shared at the end of November.
Program fee will be $40 per child for the entire season.
