Restorative yoga with Lindsay-
This 60 min. restorative practice includes 5-6 simple poses that promote healing + relaxation in the mind & body. We will be using several types of props including, blocks, blankets, towels, and chairs to support our bodies. Stay afterwards for a little detoxing lemon water + fellowship. * No Yoga mat needed.
Slow Flow with Tiffany-
* All ages, levels and body types welcome!
* Dress in loose, comfortable clothing.
* Warm lemon water included afterwards.
* Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time to get set up before class begins promptly at 10:00 am.
