Fox Run Brands Return Policy

Items must be returned in salable condition within 30 days of receipt. Items with price tags/stickers affixed or not in original packaging will not be credited. Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. Credit will be issued for authorized returns when merchandise is received at our warehouse. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge which will be charged to your account. Carrier charges for rejected shipments or unfulfilled call tags will be charged to your account. All claims regarding damages or shortages in transit, must be directed to carriers.  All shortages, damages, or errors are to be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any reports beyond 10 days will not be honored.
