> Reservation Deadline: You must submit a request at least 3 business days before the reservation time. (Business days are on Mon-Fri, 9 - 5 PM, excluding university holidays).
> Center Hours: You may request reservations within our center hours below (excluding university holidays). Reservations must leave the space by closing time.
Mon - Thurs: 9 AM - 10 PM
Fri: 9 AM - 5 PM
> After-Hours Requests: We will NOT honor any requests beyond open hours on this form. Only active Pan Asian Council organizations may request after-hour reservations, and should instead fill out the PAC Special Reservation form at go.tufts.edu/PAC_reserve. Contact the AAC Interim Director Kali Guise at kali.guise@tufts.edu with any questions.

Recurring Events: If you would like a recurring booking (e.g. weekly meetings on Tues) please email Interim Director Kali Guise (kali.guise@tufts.edu) to make arrangements. If this is a request for a time that the AAC is not open, please see the bullet above.

Marketing: You may advertise the event location only AFTER your reservation is approved. Please note that reservation approval
does not mean co-sponsorship by the AAC. Please do not utilize language such as "AAC presents" or "AAC x [Org]" or use of the AAC logo unless co-sponsorship has been explicitly confirmed by AAC professional staff.

DSDI Research Hub (Tisch 224)The Division of Student Diversity and Inclusion Centers (DSDI) manage a shared space called the Community Research Hub located at Tisch Library room 224. Reservations for this space are managed separately at
https://calendly.com/dsdi224. This space includes several TV screens, chairs, and small tables, and may be able to accommodate
more people than a room in the AAC.
