Planned Parenthood NL's HR Supplies Request Form
This form can be used to request pick up of the supplies that we give out for free at Planned Parenthood Newfoundland and Labrador's Sexual Health Centre (47 St. Clare Ave, St. John's, NL)

Once you fill out the request form you will receive a email between 3-5 business days later when your supplies are packaged and ready for pick up at the centre.

The availability of our supplies varies depending on the stock and availability of our vendors - please be aware we may not have everything at all times but will do our best to help you find what you are looking for. We often have different brands and cannot guarantee any specific product. 

*There is potential to have items dropped off within the greater St. John’s area if you are unable to pick up but drop off is very limited*
