Marketing & Media: Website updates, social media, content creation, photography.

Liability, Waivers & Compliance: Waiver development, legal/insurance compliance, organizing documents, creating trainings.

Fundraising & Sponsorship Development: Fundraising plans, sponsorship tiers, outreach to regional/national companies, securing gear donations.

Regional & High School Club Leadership: Area/Regional Coordinators and Parent Volunteers supporting communication, logistics, sign-ups, fundraising, transportation, and more. 

Equipment, Workshops & Loaner Program: Managing league gear, running tuning/waxing workshops, supporting a loaner ski program.

Skier Development: Skills camps, leadership/teaching workshops, and certified coaching support.

Community Engagement: Partnerships, events, outreach, promotion, helping the league grow.

Race & Event Day Volunteers: Course crew, start/finish support, timing, check-in, results, and event operations.
